What is the Kino Woensdag “community”?

As stated on the home page, the core idea of Kino Woensdag is to go to the cinema with a new group of people. We, Thijs and Noah, put you in a group and you go to the movies together.

The Kino Woensdag community groups work a little differently. For our two most popular cities, Leiden and Rotterdam, we created two separate whatsapp groups where we organize a movie night once every two months. We pick a date and movie and the members of the group can then opt to attend each time. We then get together (with a slightly larger group than usual), watch a good movie and afterwards have a drink. We also join these “community” cinema visits ourselves. These are always very fun and 'gezellige' evenings.
