What is Kino Woensdag?

Kino Woensdag is an initiative that wants to bring people together at the cinema to have a fun movie experience. We want to offer the opportunity to meet new people and get to know each other better in the cozy atmosphere of the cinema. With a drink after the film, there is room to talk afterwards and new friendships are on the horizon.

How does it work?

A movie night is planned (almost) every month via a WhatsApp group. The people in the group can then indicate each time whether they will be attending. Some people are always there, others occasionally. Sometimes there are twelve of us, other times five. It doesn't matter whether you know a lot or a little about films. Kino Woensdag is for anyone who is enthusiastic about meeting new people via the cinema. At the moment, there is a group in Leiden and a group in Rotterdam.
