Why is it called Kino Woensdag?

We (Thijs and Noah) enjoy going to the movies together. Since we both work in the same office on Wednesdays, Wednesday became our "movie day". Going to the cinema together after work became our ritual. After a while, we felt like we needed a name for it, and it became "Kino Woensdag." A few weeks later, we started to think about the idea of Kino Woensdag becoming something larger than our own ritual. Many brainstorm sessions later we realized that we could use our passion for film to help people to get in touch with each other. 

 

What should I fill in for "Message"?

In the "Message" section of the form, you can briefly tell us about yourself. It doesn't have to be a long story and can just be a few sentences. For example, you could tell us how old you are, what kind of interest you have and what kind of movies you like to watch. 

 

What do you do with my information and email address?

We only record your first name, email address and your written response. This data will never be posted online and we will only use it to find a match for you. We treat your data with care and will never share it with third parties. 

 

Do I need to fill in the form to participate?

We prefer to receive your response via the form so we can pair you up based on the questions and can easily send you an update. If you'd rather not send an email, you can also message us on Instagram.

 

Do I have to be “young” to participate?

You don’t have to be “young”! We mainly focus on people in their twenties and thirties but that doesn't mean that other people can't respond! We're open to anyone who is enthusiastic about Kino Woensdag.
